Development Finance

At Sterling Capital Reserve, we regularly arrange development finance for clients looking to develop property.

This can be for Property Developers or Private Builders. Our panel of lenders have excellent reputations for their expertise, speed, flexibility and reliability. In most cases a higher level of loan to value can be obtained from such specialist lenders than can be obtained from traditional high street banks.

Finance is available for: Commercial Development (Pre let or pre sold), Residential development (New build, conversions, extentions) or Property Trading (Acquisition, refurb and onward sale).

Bridging Loans

Short-Term Bridging Loans can be quickly arranged and CCJ's / Defaults considered.

A list of the applicants’ assets and liabilities will however be required and a firm source of repayment through either a property sale or and alternative offer of finance.

Residential or Commercial Property: Up to 65% of Open Market Value at a rate 1.5% per month useable for any purpose.

Our experienced commercial mortgage consultants all have backgrounds in the banking sector and can offer added experience and advice to clients in respect of structuring a deal.
